….A collaborative funded under a grant from the Morehouse School of Medicine Southeastern US Collaborative
Center of Excellence for the Elimination of Disparities Legacy (SUCCEED) Project….
A project with the aim of planning/implementing local start-up activities and infrastructure for the creation
of an area-wide community-based cancer coalition and activities that will strengthen the coalition membership
through training and development; and to further development of a “Pink Print”
across the Roanoke Valley Community in Northeastern North Carolina. This project is led by the Rural Health
Group (RHG) in partnership with the Gregory B. Davis Foundation (GBDF) along with key coalition members and
other key partners.
This web link will provide information about the Roanoke Valley Breast Cancer Coalition to include the mission,
program purpose, target population and some of the activities implemented to achieve the goal of
